TAS and Garuda Aerospace sign MoU to advance autonomous drone capabilities
IPO-bound drone technology company Garuda Aerospace Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Timed Automation Solutions (TAS), establishing a framework for technical cooperation, knowledge sharing, and growth in autonomous aerial operations.
Under the MoU, both organisations will evaluate non-exclusive opportunities across product distribution, joint development of drone technologies, and participation in domestic and international projects. Priority application areas include agriculture, infrastructure inspection, and remote operations.

The collaboration will also explore pilot deployments across Australia and New Zealand, supporting evaluation of real-world use cases and operational workflows. All deployments remain subject to applicable regulatory requirements, including CASA regulations in Australia.
