Connected enterprise

One platform for fleets, sites and systems

SkyStream is a central platform for mission planning, remote operations and fleet oversight. Its hardware-agnostic approach connects supported DJI, non-DJI and TAS UAV equipment with the people, sites and enterprise workflows around it.

SkyStream connects dock locations, mission workflows and operational records in one platform. Enterprise interfaces are configured for each deployment. View the full-size workflow.

Coordinate the fleet around the site

An inspection drone, a fixed-wing survey aircraft and a dock-based operation can serve different purposes. Start with the task, then confirm the supported hardware and connection requirements for that deployment.

SkyStream brings mission planning, fleet and dock oversight, media and flight records into a shared management workflow. Consistent site references and team responsibilities help connect activity across multiple operating locations.

Keep the mission workflow together

A mission involves more than the flight itself. Connect the planning reference with preflight checklist review, cockpit and remote-command oversight, then retain the flight logs and captured media for the receiving team.

Keeping these stages around one mission context helps the operator prepare, the supervisor follow the operation and the reviewer find the relevant evidence afterwards. Images, video and flight records become more useful when the task, site and responsibility remain clear.

Connect vehicles, assets and enterprise systems

A site operation extends beyond the aircraft. Vehicle, trailer and site asset information can be brought into the workflow through project-specific enterprise interfaces, giving teams more context when coordinating work.

For example, a mission record can support an asset review or maintenance handover. SkyStream API integration connects the relevant information with existing business systems; the available data and actions depend on the agreed integration.

Keep access and deployment under your control

Authenticated team access and assigned roles and permissions define who can plan missions, oversee operations and review records. Establish those responsibilities as part of the operational workflow.

Deploy SkyStream within your preferred server environment, with hosting and data-location requirements agreed during implementation. Define identity and access arrangements, retention, integrations and infrastructure responsibilities for the selected environment.

Apply the same platform to different operational needs

A central platform is useful when each site has its own task, but the organisation needs a consistent way to coordinate people and records. The workflow can be configured around the operating context:

  • Energy and infrastructure: connect an inspection mission with the asset being reviewed, then hand the imagery and mission record to the maintenance team.
  • Construction and remote sites: organise repeat surveys by location and date, helping reviewers follow progress and identify the next area to examine.
  • Agriculture: link paddock observations, supported aircraft and fieldwork records, with interfaces to farm systems agreed for the deployment.

Each scenario starts with the information the receiving team needs. SkyStream provides the common planning and oversight workflow; the aircraft, payload, data interfaces and review process are selected for the task.
